Eldest pup — leader of the three, always first into the water
Cheeky, brave, delighted.
The eldest pup and the leader of the three. He is darker than his siblings but never as dark as Papa, and the little white dot on his forehead shows up in every scene he springs into.
He is always the first into the water — usually before anyone says he can. He is curious and brave, and he lands himself in harmless trouble about as often as he lands in the river.
When the pups race, he is the splash at the front.

- Find the white dot on my forehead — no other otter has one!
- Slim, not skinny — the rounder pup is my brother.
